Many students on leaving for university don't know how to eat well and make poor choices leading to health problems, including weight gain. If your son or daughter is leaving for university this autumn then why not let come along to one of my workshops in July. It will be fun and interactive but we will cover aspects of nutrition and health that are particularly important for students.
